- Kite v0.20: enterprise self-host docs + Helm chart polish.
- No-Brainer beta: restore-on-demand UI in the desktop app.
- HonestMoney: 5 finance calculators (EMI, SIP, tax, HRA, NPS) live by Day 5.
Selling
- Velm.in agency outbound — 2–3 retainers as the target before Coin gets product time.
- Open to senior IC / staff roles in parallel.
Background work
- Fittour: cluster 03–04 article drafts in flight.
- Coin: research-only — picking chain support and signing-flow architecture.
- Writing: first essay draft (harness engineering notes).
Not doing right now
- Streamhook.in — dropped from the roadmap on 2026-06-18.
- Anything that requires hiring before I have ₹3L/mo recurring.
- Pivoting velm positioning — locked through 2026-06-26 to let signal accumulate.
